About M/S Kind
It is a small canal ship made to fit the Kinda Canal. The boat is about 24.5 meters long, and 4.5 meters wide, with a maximum capacity of 63 guests. At maximum capacity 6 people share a 155cm*60cm table. The ship has one toilet.
About our trip
We will travel with M/S Kind on Stångån for 6 hours, and have dinner. We start outside Stångs Magasin and then we follow the river Stångån up to lake Ärlången where we will see the Castle of Sturefors before traveling back to where we started. We will pass several locks on our way there, but we will not have the option of leaving the ship once the trip starts.
We have mapped out our approximate route on the map above. There was previously a different route showing, but this has changed. New route takes us first up Stångån and then down to Roxen after which we go back.
There will be drinks served with the food, but unfortunately there will not be an open bar.
