Schedule on 21st of July
14:00 – Church ceremony starts at Linköpings Domkyrka. Important to be early, it’s an interesting church to walk around in before the ceremony so preferably do this.
15:00 – MS Kind opens for our guests to get some coffee and cake.
16:00 – MS Kind departs and our voyage begins. Do not be late. Read more about the boat trip here.
22:00 – MS Kind arrives back in Linköping.
Please note the importance of 14:00 and 16:00, these can not be delayed!
Hotel
There are several hotels within a walking distance from where we will be. We have a deal you may use with Fawlty Towers (Park Hotel). To read up on the deal and the hotel, click here.
Locations
A. Linköpings Domkyrka is in the middle of Linköping, you will see it’s bell tower as you are driving in to Linköping. Marked on map.
B. M/S Kind has her harbour next to a resturant called Stångs Magasin. Marked on map.
C. Fawlty Towers (Park Hotel) is next to Linköping train station. Marked on map.
Wedding gifts
We don’t expect any gifts. We understand just coming to attend our wedding will be quite an expense. If you insist on giving us something you may sponsor a little bit of money for our future honeymoon trip. You can either swish to Alexander 0737-050429, or to Ying 0735-544464.
Dresscode
Some summer variant of “Smart Casual”, after all this is in July. In Swedish this would be “udda kavaj” towards the direction of “sommarfint”. It might get a bit colder in the evening and a thin jacket for the walk home is recommended.
Toastmaster
During the dinner Richard Kullberg will be our toastmaster. If you already now have something you wish to say/bring up or similar during the dinner he can be reached on his email 89richard.ku@gmail.com.
Language
At the wedding the vast majority will be Swedish native speakers, but there will also be some Chinese native speakers. A few will be native in other languages. Since almost everyone can speak English this is the language we will use in our written communication. Please feel free to use any language you wish at the wedding.
